We collect the details you provide when you create an account and make bookings — your name, email, phone number, nationality and preferred language — together with the booking and payment activity needed to deliver your trips.
Your information is used to process bookings, communicate confirmations and reminders, provide concierge support, and improve the WNDRS experience. We never sell your personal data.
To fulfil a booking we share only the information a supplier or tour guide needs to serve you (for example your name and travel dates). Partners are bound to use it solely for that purpose.
Suppliers must complete identity verification before publishing listings. This requires uploading a government-issued ID (national ID or passport) for the business owner, plus business documents such as a commercial registration, tax certificate, VAT certificate, and — where applicable — an IATA certificate or tourist guide license. These documents are used solely to verify and approve supplier accounts, are stored securely, and are not shared outside WNDRS except as required by law.
You control email, SMS and push notifications at any time from Profile, Notifications. Transactional messages about an active booking may still be sent so your trip runs smoothly.
You can edit your profile at any time from the Edit Profile screen. You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from Profile, or temporarily deactivate it instead. On request we will also delete personal data we are not legally required to keep.
